Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident booking our services. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long processing takes.

1. Full refund — within 24 hours

If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before your first scheduled session has started, you are entitled to a full 100% refund. Email help@hyeta.online with your order details.

2. Partial refund

If sessions have already been delivered, we refund the unused portion of your package on a pro-rata basis, minus a 15% administrative fee.

3. Non-refundable items

  • Completed consulting sessions
  • Custom written deliverables already provided
  • Third-party fees (government, legal, banking) paid on your behalf

4. How to request a refund

Send an email to help@hyeta.online including: your full name, the email used at checkout, the package purchased, and the reason for the refund. We respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Disputes

If you believe a refund decision was made in error, please contact us directly before opening a payment dispute — we will always try to find a fair resolution first.
