3. Payment

Fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) on our Services page and are charged in full at booking unless otherwise agreed. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to follow recommended steps within reasonable timeframes. We cannot guarantee outcomes of visa or business applications, as final decisions rest with government authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyeta's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific package giving rise to the claim.
